    We’re looking for a Compliance & Regulatory Manager to lead the execution of regulatory processes and oversee a small team of analysts. This person will coordinate the preparation of regulatory documentation, institutional manuals, and filings before authorities such as CNBV and Banxico.

    You’ll serve as a bridge between regulatory requirements and internal business operations, ensuring compliance while enabling business growth. It’s an ideal role for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in financial regulation while leading high-impact work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of 1–3 analysts in regulatory and legal projects (IFPE, SOFIPO, SOFOM, etc.).

    • Supervise the drafting of institutional manuals (AML, Governance, Continuity, AIR, etc.) for licensing and compliance purposes.

    • Ensure quality and timely delivery of all regulatory documentation and filings.
